BRANCAIA OLIO EVO is produced in the Chianti Classico area. The hand-picked olives are cold-pressed immediately after harvesting. The oil is not filtered to keep all the organoleptic characteristics intact. The result is an excellent extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.
