BRANCAIA ILATRAIA SPECIAL EDITION

Twenty years ago we began our great adventure on the coast. A great reason to celebrate ILATRAIA, our flagship wine from Maremma, with a special edition of only 900 pieces.

THE HARVEST: 2015 was a fantastic vintage and ILATRAIA 2015 is undoubtedly worthy of the harvest. It is a very structured wine, which impresses with its complexity and aromatic intensity. It is balanced and at the same time refined. In the mouth it is rich, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.

THE GRAPE VARIETY: ILATRAIA is an elegant cuvée of Petit Verdot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40% and Cabernet Franc 20%. After being hand-harvested, each grape variety is vinified and aged separately, ensuring that each of the three wines has time to mature optimally and fully develop its character and potential.

THE SPECIAL EDITION: We are delighted to offer wine lovers the unique opportunity to discover the creative magic behind the ILATRAIA blend. For this reason, each of the 900 wooden cases contains three bottles of ILATRAIA 2015 and one bottle for each pure grape variety: 100% Petit Verdot, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and 100% Cabernet Franc.
