Barrique Brancaia: from reuse to creative recycling

After the second passage, the barriques and tonneaux that we use to refine our wines are no longer used. Most of these barrels are sold to traders and vinegar producers, so that they can be recycled and reused.
In recent years, however, we have been buzzing with ideas to give new life and new shape to these objects and a couple of months ago we got to work. The staves, narrow wooden planks that form the walls of the barrel, have been used to create the top of our new bar, while from the rims of the barrels we have created a modern chandelier for the tasting room. But the news doesn't end here: a large dining table and stools for the bar are also planned...stay tuned!
